Dear Potential Employer!

 I am currently managing properties and specialize in decorating, facilitating structural improvements to market investment properties! I am also a licensed realtor of 17 years in FL and NY. I am currently supervising operations for rental properties, facilitating inspections, supervising vendors and contractors.   I am very organized, versatile, adapt easily, and have a plethora of experience including working as a personal assistant and estate/property manager.  My resume will enumerate many applicable office/business/ professional skills as well.  Meeting in person, of course, makes all the difference!  A letter and a resume may only convey a limited  perspective.

  • Other experience as a project manager and decorator overseeing vendors and staff is a constant, mandatory role as a personal assistant, which translates easily.
  • Working additional hours or days and traveling is not problematic. I have also lived and worked in Europe, Los Angeles, Palm Beach, Southern States, NYC, and the Hamptons.
  • Maintaining your place of residence, of course, is paramount. A positive, copesetic, functional environment is mandatory.
  • I do have an unusually positive disposition, for no reason whatsoever. I have acquired a great sense of humor, which always makes things more “palatable” and simplifies things.   I am a people person, upbeat, and very encouraging! I am solution oriented, with an “Anything is possible” attitude!
  • Home/ office interaction, as well as coordinating vendors and contractors, travel coordination, and supervising staff or projects, all simple to implement.  
  • Driving of course, computer skills, flexibility with a broad range of experience in many areas makes it easy to accommodate your requests. I do have a recently issued U.S Passport and driver’s license with a safe driving record.
  • I had an event planning company, so coordinating various events and entertainment functions is second nature.
  • I am able to anticipate what is needed in most situations. Handling personal requests, emails, and overseeing a variety of requests is all manageable.  Having perseverance is so important!
  • Managing calendars and daily schedules, with reminders and organizing itineraries, with updates from personal contacts is obviously a given. I am accustomed to having pressure and have learned how to diffuse it.  Being punctual and not procrastinating is beneficial!
  • If you are looking for a property manager/personal assistant candidate, who is well rounded with diverse capabilities, who has ventured into professions that compliment being a property manager/creative assistant, then this will work out extremely well! Yes, I can cook, (not like a graduate from the French Culinary Institute, but I can produce palatable food!)
  • Other experience includes: Real estate in the Palm Beach, FL area.  Additionally, in the past, I also have experience in NY real estate, retail sales and decorating in the Hamptons.  I have management, B to B sales and decorating capabilities as mentioned.  Ease with anything in the arts, painting, clothing design, various vocal and other related creative experience. I can exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills when inspired.  I can type and compose letters if required. Letters of reference are available!
  • I do have 15 years of experience in caregiving for my Mother, training caregivers, and essentially anything that involves Elder Care, from “A” to “Z”. I did grow up in a family of doctors.
