Personal Assistant needed Miami Beach

We have a great opportunity for a Personal Assistant for a family in Miami Beach. Household consist of three persons a couple and their newborn baby. Schedule is full-time, Monday to Friday with flexibility for evenings and weekends when needed. Candidate will be working out of the family office located in South offsite, with occasional visits to the Estate. The residence is new with a team of seven staff. The Personal Assistant will be supporting the Principles and staff with the daily personal and administrative needs.

Some Duties & Responsibilities to include but not limited to;
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Hotel, Flight & Restaurant reservations
  • Procurement for the household
  • Event planning,hands-on assisting with preparation & service
  • Running errands
  • Scheduling contractors
  • Support household staff
  • Assisting in caring for family dog to include vet visits etc.
  • Welcoming guest
  • Meeting with contractors
  • Inventory control
  • Microsoft office skills
  • Answering phones
  • Occasional driving the principle to include airport pick-ups etc.
  • other duties as required.

Compensation: up to $55k per year based on experience
