Description

Luxurious property management company seeks a Director of Operations to manage and run their South Beach office. The company specializes in Private Estate and Vacation Residence management, Concierge services.  Experience in Hospitality combine with private Estate  management preferred.  The ideal candidate would be service oriented, a problem solver, driven, positive attitude and excellent work ethic.

Duties:

  • Property and Estate Management
  • Lead and supervise staff - ensuring guest service practices are upheld
  • Responsible for customer service and overall guest satisfaction
  • Concierge service
  • Inventory management
  • Budgeting
  • All other property management related responsibilities

Job Requirements:

  • Multilingual; English ( Required),  multilingual preferred, french a plus.
  • Preferred background in Hospitality
  • Leadership experience

Salary: Good compensation for the right candidate ( based on experience)
